OneStock's Order Management System receives special mention at LVMH Innovation Award 2020 ceremony

OneStock has received a special mention from the jury at the LVMH Innovation Award 2020 ceremony for its order management system, which makes products available across all channels. 
 
Created in 2017, luxury goods group LVMH’s Innovation Award recognises promising startups driving digital transformation or eco-responsibility. Chosen by a panel of digital experts, OneStock was one of only two businesses singled out for this accolade from over 1,200 applicants.

We are delighted to support OneStock, which provides a visibility solution for a Maison inventory, allowing it to maximise omnichannel services. Our goal is to inspire our Maisons, and help start-ups grow through this type of initiative.

OneStock was recently selected to be part of LVMH’s start-up accelerator for technology businesses, known as La Maison des Startups. LVMH has introduced OneStock’s delivery promise function at one of its brands in the US which will be rolling the function out across Europe by the end of 2020.
Shoppers can view real time stock availability and choose a guaranteed delivery method based on the item selected. These include ‘white glove’ same day delivery and a choice to pick up in-store in under two hours. The customer is then updated with an estimated delivery time.

We are very pleased to receive this special mention which is testament to the strong relationship we have built with LVMH over the past months. It is also an acknowledgment from the group of the value our technology can bring to the luxury market specifically through our Delivery Promise feature which has been developed to meet the high expectations of LVMH’s customers.
