Dixie, the leading fashion Italian brand, has selected OneStock to support in the management optimization of its omnichannel orders.
Dixie is a fast fashion brand based in Florence. It is famous all over the world for its refined and retro-inspired garments designed for original out-the-schemes women who choose a feminine look with a well cared taste in the details.
With a “standard” stock management separated into silos (DC warehouse, showroom, stores), the brand was often faced with stock shortages through its e-commerce channel in contrast to stock being available in some stores. Given this huge challenge, Dixie wanted to rethink its stock management in order to set up the Ship From Store solution to facilitate web orders when the DC warehouse is out of stock.
Dixie online business model is very challenging for the IT Dept. What we need to provide to our sales, both physical and online, is to make sure we can sell everything, everywhere in the quickest possible way. We were try to understand what it could mean for our system in terms of stress. After much evaluation we found OneStock had the answers we were looking for; in a single project we could integrate different systems, operate multiple warehouse and, last but not least, different people’s way to work. Onestock is an efficient, reliable, intuitive solution that allows us to manage the fulfilment of the orders of three brands leaning on the stock of three different warehouse and forty stores. Also, the possibility to get best practics from OneStock like the carrier integration and the setting of the orchestration rules is a successefull key of the project. Not forget to mention the time: the project has been delivered in a month and a half!
